A leak made itself present due to poor craftsmanship on our roof. Its leaking through the garage and I have to fix this out of pocket when it was due to poor building processes. Unfortunate that they arent willing to fix their mistakes.

Ive been through the process before with new builds but the experience with the TM construction manager was horrible. I had to point out numerous construction issues and code violations like missing insulation. The owner will likely respond on google reviews to my review, but never followed up with my email. Poor construction quality and hidden/covered up major issues and had to live with the construction to correct the issue while living in the house. TM has no respect to neighboring property owners. Construction crew used my water for the construction of the neighboring Taylor Morrison property and refused to reimbrused me for my expenses.

Stay away from this builder. Their contractor installed the shower floor incorrectly which caused water to stay around the shower floor and form mold around the bottom and on the walls. Now they won't even want to look into it saying we did not discover it within 1 year.

Bad customer service, a lady seated in the office no information just a notification that they are full ! Cold and uninteresting! Big ships sink because of small leaks! Its leaking.
