We had the pleasure of working with Paulette to sell our home in the Starwood neighborhood in Frisco. Paulette was immediately responsive when my father-in-law (who referred Paulette to us) reached out to her. She was on vacation yet she made time to reach out to me right away. Paulette came to our home quickly after that phone call and had a sharp, well thought out strategy from the get-go. Shes incredibly successful and she works for every bit of that success! Paulette was ALWAYS available whenever I reached out to her. Yes, Paulette has an amazing team who helps make everything run smoothly, but make no mistake - Paulette is at the helm of everything that happens. She is the chief strategist for your transaction from pricing to listing to negotiation and closing. The team helps with paperwork and ensuring all the ducks are in a row, but Paulette was always available for any of my questions. She kept me well informed throughout showings and open houses and had contingency plans in case we didnt go under contract quickly (we did - 2.5 days!).
