Lillian Kang helped my husband and I purchase our first house in 2015!! As first time home buyers, we had very little experience on what to expect and where to go for what or even know what questions to ask!! But Lillian was amazing. She advised us on negotiations, process, market trends, market values, lenders, mortgage trends, and much, much more. She was prompt in replying back to our questions. Once we purchased the house she has kept in contact in advising and providing referrals to project contractors, home warranty, insurance, etc. Lillian is resourceful, professional, trustworthy, reliable and patient. February 2018 RE: Lillian Kang, Realtor Keller Williams, Frisco, Tx From: David & Kimberley Nos My wife and I recently went through one of the most stressful events in life. We sold our home and purchased another house. Ours was a little more complex as we relocated from California to Texas. We were able to use a trusted and close friend for our California Real Estate listing with the added comfort of using my sisters escrow company to aid in the close of our sale. We had our California Realtor set up a long distance relationship for us, and through his contacts we were introduced by phone to one Lillian Kang. We made a trip to McKinney, Texas in July 2017 for our grandsons birthday and to expressly start looking for homes to relocate. This was our first face-to-face with our Texas Realtor. Lillian scheduled time for us, sent us listings and my wife and I selected homes to view. Since we had no vehicle with us, Lillian picked us up and shuttled us all around McKinney to see different homes. We found one we loved, but unfortunately, we needed to sell our California home first before we could be serious in Texas. Lillian treated us wonderfully through the whole process. She sent us new listings every day, and my wife and I looked, made notes and very often phoned or emailed Lillian with questions. She always responded promptly. By the time we sold our house and finally were able to get to Texas 4 months had passed. Lillian never lost contact and she made sure we were informed about pricing and availability. Thanks to her constant updates, we found a house that came back on the market one day after our arrival here on January 4, 2018. It was one we actually had marked that we like back in November. With her help we made a bid and it was accepted. Lillian was with us for the entire process, actually getting us the best deal, the best price and the quickest escrow (11 days, we had cash). We moved in 1/18/2018. Sometimes when describing personality, services and overall impressions, superlatives are not expressive enough. I think I can sum this up by saying. We trust Lillian her knowledge, her council, her attitude, her ability and her demeanor. She is someone we would like to call friend. From the Bottom of our Hearts, Thank you Lillian.
