I hope you step on a Lego. You built the worst structures in our community that crumbled after only 3 years, left holes in the entry sign, you let the landscaping die before you turned it over to the HOA. You created standing pockets of water for mosquito breeding grounds that now cost the city of Frisco our tax dollars every year to treat. You set up boards that did not match the original communities documents and you never actually legally turned the community over to the HOA.

I live in Parks of Legacy , a segment of Villages of Legacy in Prosper Texas. Our children will attend Stuber Elementary. There are no roads leading to the school with side walks or walking , golf cart paths for children. The children in this community will not be bused as the location is too close to school. The land developer is not going to add until January but we need a solution for our children to get to and from school without getting in a car to be driving less than 1 mile. This is negligent on the land developer and school district. Unacceptable!
