Pie Five Pizza

I order a large pizza with cinnamon sticks and a chocholate chip cookie but the shift leader other wise know as Nicholas P said he would not make my pizza for me!! What a jackass! He said because he didn’t ring me up he wouldn’t make my pizza!! I am so very displeased with their service and will not be returning.

This should be a 1 star but, I like this place too much to see more close down. I got an email at 10:30AM with a coupon for a $5 pizza. I say "hey why not Ill go to pie five." I purposely only get two toppings to comply with the coupon. Then they wont honor it. And I'm like, huh, I got this email an hour ago. They confirm it. It was sent that same day but seemed to be a month old coupon. Seems like it's Pie Five cooperate's fault and not this location. Just left a very bad taste in my mouth. Come on P5 cooperate.

The pizza was good, but not worth the really long wait. There wasn't much of a line, but the people making the food clearly didn't care or didn't know what they were doing. It took about 15 min for our order to be taken and at least another 20 for us to get our pizzas. They forgot about the breadsticks we ordered and the dessert that came with the kids meal. Everyone was nice, it just wasn't operating well at all. *Edit: we did receive the missing orders after finishing our pizzas and requesting them.*

The online ordering experience was fast and easy but the pizza itself was just kind of sad and expensive.
