        This place has the absolute worst customer service and Josh (Manager) doesn't care about your business. I Canceled my membership after they screwed up our grooming appointment. Membership prices make no sense when they explain it to you. Do yourself a favor and find someone who values customer service and your dog.

        We joined Scenthound when they opened late 2024 and have had a fantastic experience! Everyone that works there is very friendly and loves on the pups each visit. You cant beat the price for regular bathes and care. They are timely and have done a thorough job each time weve gone. Highly recommend!
