Scenthound Frisco East

I'd say petco is walmart and scenthoud sprouts. Clean, professional, a cut above. I loved not having to park way out in the parking lot. I also didn't have to walk a football field to the back of the store, dog check in is conveniently right inside the front door.

If you're looking for a place that will really take care of your pup, this is it! They don't leave your fur baby in a kennel for hours, and instead you have an appointment. They get your dog in and out quickly with great quality! The groomer, Lindsey has many years of experience and you can tell she really loves what she does. Much better than the big business brands like PetSmart or Petco! I would recommend Scenthound to anyone looking to get their pup groomed! They have many options to choose from and they are well organized and very clean.

Dont go here. I tried to get our dog in 2 times and they canceled both on us at the last minute. Go somewhere else that will serve you better

I tried Scenthound Frisco for the last three months. It started off great, but did not end well. Amber was the groomer each time, and she was great. My dog liked the staff, and the cut was excellent (is a Doodle). The problem is they called me a few days before my next appointment, which I had scheduled a month back, and told me the groomer was out. They said they could only do a bath this time. I was okay with that (things happen) and asked how soon can I get him in for a grooming (he needs it once a month). They responded that it would be end of April, which means my dog would go two months without being groomed. There was no offer to work around this problem. I was fortunate that a past groomer contacted me letting me know she had openings at her new place. I had already paid my $35 with Scenthound for my March membership, so I took my dog in on his grooming appointment and at least got the bath since the groomer was out. I then cancelled for April since they could not get me in till the end of the month. They informed me that I have to give them a 30 day notice, so they are going to take my $35 for April from my credit card. They claimed this is a corporate rule and they have no choice but to charge me. They screwed up in not providing the grooming service that they committed to, and then they put me to the back of the line for the next month and then when I cancel they feel it is okay to take another $35 from me. We all make mistakes, but it is how we manage the resolution that is important. This Scenthound in Frisco makes mistakes, does not resolve them, and will then point to your contract and take another $35 if you cancel due to them not being able to deliver. Update - I am glad to see they changed their mind and decided to not charge me the $35 for April since I canceled in March. I just checked my credit card, and I was not charged.
