5th review. 4/2024. Solomon is great at customer service. He is professional in all aspects, and has been a friend these last years. We are putting house up for sale next week, so may not get to see Solomon again.

4th review. As always, Solomon, our service person, is always on time, does a great job inside And outside the house. This time he prepared the surroundings for winter. Solomon is pleasant to talk with and ask questions.
3rd review. Service is great. Aundrea is great when it comes to scheduling and she is my go between with the company office.

Been using them for over 10 years. Staff are awesome. Amanda and Andrea are great! Solomon, our current onsite staff, is easy to talk with, work with, etc. He replaced a long time member, Larry, that also provided great service. Now, I didn't gave a 5 star because long time mgrs are hard to work with when there are problems thankfully, I have Amanda and Andrea that intervene on my behalf.

Today we started our service with All Safe Pest control. The technician showed up at the time promised. Introduced himself and asked if I had any areas of concern before he assessed the outside of our home. After I shared my concerns he got to work and thoroughly took care of the outside. When he was done he shared all the he had found and what we could expect over the next couple of days. He then came inside and did a thorough walk through on the inside, and both our attic areas. He clearly stated what he saw there, and what to expect over the next few days on the inside of the home. Before he left he clearly explained what would come in the next couple of weeks, and made sure I knew that they were happy to come back out between services if needed. All of his thoroughness was great appreciated. Based off our first experience we would recommend this company. As long as things continue to go well with big and big control after this service we will continue to recommend them.
