We offer painting, pottery, glass fusing, mosaic creations, candle making, canvas painting, and clay hand building classes.       image awesome and chill experience for my younger cousins birthday!! We were helped by Star and Hannah and they were super nice and helpful!! They frequently checked in to see if we needed help and chatted with us throughout our experience!! The music also set a really nice vibe and I knew almost every song Haha Anyways amazing experience and we will definitely be back again!! Thanks again Star and Hannah They were so kind!! Also, Star sells super cute jewelry and my cousin ended up buying one for her birthday!! They were super cute! And we got to support a small business

      image Cute idea, but the WORST customer service. On top of outlandish prices for items, their team does not know how to handle business. My daughter had painted a defective unicorn, which was found at pick up. Not only did they not fix the problem, but they BROKE it. When asked for a refund they said to come back in a week and talk to the manager. (This is after Ive already made two trips to pick up my item!) Apparently no one could get a hold of the lady running this place and her team onsite had no clue how to handle it. Not a really great way to be running a business when your onsite staff cant handle issues like this and you decide to go completely MIA.
      Beware and go elsewhere. This place is just out for a money grab. If I could leave a 0 star, I would.

      We're pleased to hear that you found our concept appealing and that you had the opportunity to enjoy our creative atmosphere that thousands have enjoyed. We take pride in providing a comfortable friendly space where individuals can express their creativity freely and create unique masterpieces at fair and transparent pricing.Regarding the issue you encountered with your artwork, there was excessive paint covering opening to attach a light kit accessory. This is not a normal situation, but with experienced skilled artists at hand, we know how to fix it. It requires a careful chipping of paint, repainting and refiring to fix. We were in process of fixing the item, but you came to pick it up without being notified that item was ready for pickup. We provided many options to please you, and you accepted refund and took the piece home (obviously was not broken).It is appalling that you caused such commotion and yelled at our wonderful friendly staff who were just trying to amicably resolve the situation. I was on the call when you were in the studio to guide my staff in resolving the situation. The customers in our studio were shocked at your yelling and overall behavior and were super supportive and empathetic to the abuse our staff took from you. You also yelled at me and hung up on me when I called to understand your perspective. Your version runs contrary to facts. We are a fun friendly safe place for all to come and do not tolerate abusive customers. We hope you find peace.
