***STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE*** DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF, FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO BE SEEN HERE THE DOCTOR GAVE ME INCORRECT CONTACTS I PAID FOR AND HER STAFF LEXIE WAS RUDE REFUSED TO CALL THE DOCTOR TO GIVE ME THE CORRECT PAIR EVEN SAID I WOULD PAY AGAIN BUT SAID NO THEIR FAULT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX BUT I NOW HAVE TO GO WITHOUT SEEING OR ABLE TO GO ANYWHERE UNABLE TO SEE THANKS TO MERCHANT EYE FOR MAKING A MISTAKE AND REFUSING TO MAKE IT RIGHT EVEN AFTER I PAID AS WELL AS PAY FOR ANOTHER PAIR THAT WAS THE CORRECT PAIR YOUR OFFICE HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE AND SHOULD RETRAIN OR HIRE NEW STAFF THAT'S PLEASANT TO EVERY CUSTOMER AND ACTUALLY HAPPY TO ANSWER YOUR OFFICE PHONE!

The optometrist is very kind and professional, but her receptionist, they are terrible, they treat patients very rudely, without good manners. They don't have patience, when we want to make an appointment, they don't give you time to think, they just tell you, if you want it or not. They are not flexible at all. We contribute with our money for their salary and we deserve to be treated with dignity, not with contempt as they do. What a pity.

Dr Merchant is sweet, very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and I trust her with my eyes. I recommend her to anybody looking for glasses, contacts, or dealing with eye problems.
