        Had a great experience! Messaged about a potential battery/starter issue and got it fixed promptly. Im not car savvy and I default to being hesitant and skeptical with traditional shops out of fear of being scammed/taken advantage of, and that was absolutely NOT an issue with Rexroad. I highly recommend their service to anyone, especially those who are nervous about/reluctant to deal with a traditional shop.

        I never want to write a negative review on a nice person like Aaron, but his follow-through and reliability are unacceptable. He agreed to come to my house at a specific time, which he committed to, but he still needs to arrive. Afterward, I texted several times, and he finally responded, advising he was working on an engine rebuild and would try to make it later in the evening; he didn't and never called. Again, I texted, and he told me perhaps he could come after church on Sunday, but he didn't. Finally, I sent a text asking when he was coming and expressing my disappointment. I received a long text about the importance of family, and he declined to help me. He is the one who made every commitment; I made no demand. He is a nice guy; however, he over-commits and under-delivers; timely communication is a weakness, and he has many excuses for not showing up. He never made one commitment he made.
