Would give a 0 if I could. Customer service is non-existent. 1. I have had a virtual address here for a year in a half. On several occasions I was asked to VERIFY my account by sending in ID's and additional paperwork several times. This speaks to the lack of organization from the company. 2. I've recently been having declined transactions on my account and come to find out it was an old debit card on file causing the issue. I asked for a one time courtesy to remove the late fee ($25 Declined fee and $50 Late fee) because my card was subject to fraud and was cancelled hence the reason for the late fees. They didn't budge. Claiming the credit card company blah blah blah charges them that fee. Which is a lie. How do I know?I know because I have another virtual address (25N Co-working) that uses the same payment software, which I had the the same card on file and received late fees of only .75 cents. 3. I spoke to the manager today. I believe his name was Danny and as soon as he got on the phone he was super condescending and defensive. Claiming he waived fees for me in the past which he did not and was forced to eat his words. Brought up his tenants who spend over a thousand a month and how their late fee is only 10% when it had no relevance to the conversation. He proceeded to read off declined charges for several months I had. If he would have took his time he would have discovered that the debit card I had on file was NOT paying the invoices. I added my BANK account (Account and Routing #) on file but my debit card was set up as the default as I just discovered today. But their lack of customer service and unwillingness to help led to this review. The arrogance he possessed was unmatched and he is not fit to be a manager, Clearly short-tempered because he was frustrated with me from the moment we got on the phone. If changing your business address with the IRS and secretary of state was seamless, I would have switched virtual offices a long time ago.
