Embellish Nails

Been only 8 days since I got nexgen done and two of my nails already broke without any harsh pressure. Really disappointed especially since I paid so much.

Terrible time management. Always wait a long time when we come in with an appointment as they must take all walk ins and expect us to just wait. They made my 86 year old mother wait in a chair for an hour even tho we had an appointment booked. It is getting increasingly worse. Today another 35 min wait even tho we had appointments. Dont expect this to last long. Might already be for sale again as there is a lock box on the front door. Service: Pedicure

New management, same great service was my old 5 star review but now as a regular customer I am revising it to one star. I am very saddened and disappointed. I have been back 7 times and each experience has been progressively worse. They can't say no to anyone and have brutal time management. I have asked them to pick the appointment time, just tell me when and even so I wait over 30 minutes. Apparently their time is worth so much more than mine. They have offered discounts and they do tricks when you like put you in soak but they still don't get to you for 45 minutes etc. Fed up.
