Arlicia was incredible to work with. As first time home buyers we really didnt know what to expect and she made the whole process so straight forward. We were under contract on a property that fell through (because of things found during the inspection) and ended up offering on another property two days later. It became a competitive situation and Arlicia made it possible for us to win with a super fast close! We truly have her to thank for landing our dream home :) And she was so reassuring and comforting along the way.
