Samsung Care - Repair & Support Services

Sick of updates and totally put out with Samsung because of it. I would rather roll back to android 10 permanently on all my devices.

My z flip 5 has a dead pixel, and some sand in hinge, that is it. I cam back later with all the sand out and asked for a repair, and the lady at the counter (who was very rude) told me 300. I was flabbergasted. When I asked if It was in the warranty she said no. I went to t mobile and asked them, the said that it should be in the warranty and didn't know why they refused. Currently switching to apple.

I went in to get my fold 5 fixed with my warranty, the guy told me my phones damage was not covered by the warranty because "it seems like it was punctured". He couldn't show me any physical damage on my phone that would of caused it even though you could visibly see the damage was caused by the fold of the phone. Went to get a second opinion and was immediately told the warranty does cover the damage. The technician at this location is very inexperienced, and does not know how to do his job properly.

The Experience here at the store was wonderful they know exactly what they are talking about and they was able to get my phone fixed within an hour and a half. I would definitely drive back here.
