I met Ann Marie just over a year ago by chance at an open house. She was very easy to communicate with without feeling pressured. Ann Marie spent over 6 months looking and new and older homes throughout the DFW area to help me find the home and location of my dreams. I am very grateful to have had Ann Marie guide me through the home-buying process from start to finish because this was my first time purchasing a home. We absolutely could not have asked for a better teammate, guide, and ally through our first-time home buying process. Ann Marie repeatedly went to bat for us, answered all our questions quickly and expertly, and helped us learn things we hadn't even previously known that we needed to know. We were able to get an excellent deal on a wonderful new home that has everything we wanted, and the process went surprisingly quickly and smoothly - for which Ann Marie gets huge credit. Ann from the beginning was very valuable to us. As we navigated the process of renting from out of state and ultimately buying, she walked us through every step. She visited houses when we couldnt - asked the questions we didnt even know to ask, made useful (but not aggressive) suggestions and was always looking for ways to tailor the home buying experience to our specific wants & needs. She was also very flexible, working with us on a schedule that again suited our needs.
