Wakako helped me when I purchased a house near Dallas. I moved from California at a time when real estate was becoming more popular in Dallas, so I was worried about whether I would be able to buy a house within my budget, but they took care of every detail from property search to making an offer and closing, and everything went smoothly. I was able to purchase the property I wanted. Wakako is an amazing realtor. She listen to our wants and needs and found us our dream house. Wakako is very professional, patient, and her responsiveness was incredible. She always called back no longer than 5 minutes. She gathered all the information we needed, and searched when she did not have. She spent so many hours to talk and communicate with the builders, in followed up on the order to get done properly. She negotiated with the builder to get us discount from the original purchased price. We are so happy with her and highly recommend her as your realtor for your dream house.
