        Came here because my fiancee and I LOVE the crispness of the fries here. Ordered a large regular and small ultimate. Very disappointed once we got the fries. They werent crispy at all, felt barely cooked and werent even edible. I asked for new fries and the people just seemed confused. Such a bummer.
