Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The food is fine, it's not bad but it's definitely not as good as other Freddy's. The reason they get a 1 star is because every single time I've gone it has been an incredibly long service time. There can be no cars in the parking lot or drive through, I am the only person they are currently serving and it takes 10+ minutes. This has happened numerous times. There seems to be little to no supervision or direct management going on, there is a lot of chatting and standing around. Also the prices are absurd. $20 for two medium milk shakes and a side. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant with how long they take and how expensive they are.

Food had no flavor. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and my husband had a patty melt.

I had an interview scheduled at Freddy's Steakburger Frisco on a Friday, for which I was asked to arrive at 9:15 AM. Upon my arrival, I was unexpectedly asked to either wait for an hour and forty minutes in the lobby or to leave and come back later. Choosing the latter, I returned after the suggested time, only to be told again by the manager to wait in the lobby. I ended up waiting for another hour, which was frustrating and disappointing.The experience was disorganized and showed a lack of respect for my time. To add to the disappointment, later in the evening, I received an email informing me that they are not hiring at the moment. This entire process seemed unprofessional and was a very bad experience overall. I hope this feedback helps improve how future interviews are conducted.
