Ive been to this location many times mainly because its my favorite one! The service is impeccable here at Hai Di Lao Frisco! The people are so attentive to your every need and go above and beyond! The servers have the best hospitality, making our dining experience wonderful every time we go! Our server was so kind and would help us with tasks, refill our broth without being asked whenever he noticed it running low. I especially loved how he also gave us extra sauce for the broth so the flavor wouldnt be watered down! As for the food, I love everything here! Everything is always fresh and is great quality. They recently added chicken wings and shrimp tempura and as expected it was great. I love how youre able to get many different kinds of broth but my favorite is definitely the Tom yum. The one item that really stole the show though was the crayfish. The plating was so beautiful I almost didnt want to eat it. The crayfish are big and arent small, making me feel like the price was definitely worth it. The flavoring was amazing and Im definitely going to get it again next time!
