Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Best ice cream Ive ever had! I ordered salted caramel with Heath bar on a waffle bowl. Kid-friendliness: No inside seating and it was cold:) Fun patio for summer days!

Look Im biased. Cold stones is the top dog for me. BUT if you want something else, try something new, different scenery(same parking lot as Cold Stone) then this place is awesome as well. The ice cream is well made and has an Andys frozen custard environment. Ill come back someday to try more of their stuff!

I came here on a cold evening in January. Not an ideal night but the ice cream was great. There is no inside seating they have a couple of windows to take orders so there wasnt a long wait. I ordered the brownie Sundae, its a big serving but it was great! No complaints on the actual service, they got my order right, even though I believe the person taking our order was new.

Drove from Keller. Well worth the drive. Best ice cream in Texas. Need more locations please! They even have free kids ice cream cones for kids shorter than 40 (measuring poster on the store front). The home made waffle cones are amazing.

I had been wanting to try this ive cream for months! I go by at 9:45 PM last night, I had looked online at the menu prior to arriving. When I arrive I see what appears to be a teenager and a woman preparing an order, her back was facing me. The neon sign says open, theres a bell to ring for service. I push it, she doesnt flinch, I wait, push it again receive the same response. I assume it doesnt work since she never looks back acknowledges anyone is at the window, the teen looks up but also doesnt acknowledge I am at the window. This is now roughly 4-6 minutes standing at the window in cold weather without being acknowledged. I knock on the window, at that point she looks up without acknowledging me. Common courtesy wouldve been to a knowledge a customer letting them know you will be with them shortly. By the time she does come to the window several minutes later youd think there wouldve been a greeting possible apologizing for the wait.. not at all. Everything I attempted to order she says they do not have, everything was I was asking for was seasonal. I let her know I saw these sundaes available to order online. She proceeds to say she has been working all day is tired and refused me service. I asked for her name she says she is the general manager Diana. If she is a manager she I hope she takes some courses on customer service and leadership. I do NOT recommend!
