I called this store because we needed a 911 order for my team of 20 ppl. The person who answered the phone (forgive me I forgot the name, Jack or John, something with a J), was so helpful and accommodating. He quickly took my order and guided me thru the process, made sure I had all the fixings, condiments, and chips! I was very impressed with the service and attention to detail for my large order. I ordered catering through a local chain grocery store two days in advance for an event tonight and their website stated they only required 24hr notice for orders. I even received a text with an order # but no order was filled and they had no one there to make my order for me. My husband reached out to Jimmy Johns at this Parkwood location and they made 60 small sandwiches in less than 30 minutes. They literally saved the day! I have always loved Jimmy Johns and now love them even more. Sadly there isnt one closer by our house but next time I want a sandwich, I will make the drive to this location. Amazing service! Thank you for saving the day!

So basically i paid 10 dollars for two pieces of meat balled up? Took nearly an hour for delivery what happened to freaky fast delivery? Especially for 4.99. Lets not forget the condiments i requested that were not given so I cant even eat the sandwich. Very Dissatisfied!!
