        Even with a serious GI issue, I have found it nearly impossible to get an appointment. Veronica in the front office scheduling is terrible! She is not helpful at all, and very rude. Even upon answering the phone, she sounds as if she is bothered by doing her job. This has been reported to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.

        I went in with my husband last week to see Dr. Behera 03/21 and had a good experience. The front desk could be friendlier but his nurse was amazing and Dr was incredible. Will recommend him to my clients and friends.
