Clean Origin

I had a great experience at this store. They made me feel welcome, answered all of my questions and showed my fiance rings twice. I ended up buying the ring from them and was very pleased. My fiance gets a lot of compliments about the ring. 10/10.

10/10 would not recommend mainly based on customer service and handling of patient satisfaction with product/purchase. Manager of the store made multiple errors and failed to mention important aspects of each transaction. Which left me with no options for resolution except for suck it up basically. Even when my situation was escalated to the head of retail the same approach was taken despite the health risk that their product was causing my partner. Lesson learned, Id never give my business or recommend to anyone I know.

My fianc and I have always had a fantastic experience at Clean Origin's Frisco, TX location. From the time my fianc picked out my engagement ring to when I added beads to the band for resizing, the staff were always kind and helpful. The store manager, Chris Reyes, was exceptional to work with. When I went to pick up my resized ring, he was very thoughtful and detail-oriented. He made sure that I left the store feeling happy and content with my ring. I highly recommend Clean Origin to my family and friends, and will continue to do so!

This review was long overdue. You know that icky feeling you get when you go into ring shop and you feel like they just want you to buy something or move on? That's not what you get here at all. I have never had a better experience than coming to the Clean Origin store in terms of customer service. This was such a huge moment for my fiance and I, and they didn't rush us, they listened, they took their time to help me find what I wanted. And trust me, I had no idea what I wanted at first so the patience was unmatched. By the end of it, the person who helped us, Kya, felt as if I was shopping with a bestie. She took me to the best lighting, helped me get a video if the ring, and really helped my fiance through the whole process of purchasing when the time came over email and phone a few months later. We did look at other rings after we came here, but ultimately, we got my ring here because you couldn't beat the day or experience. I don't just see my ring, I see the day my fiance flew me to Texas to see this store in person, and we had nothing but warm genuine kindness from everyone inside.
