Dr. Treer is great, but he is most unfortunate to have disorganized and unprofessional staff.

I like Dr. Treer but the staff isnt very helpful. The wrong lab code was placed on the insurance claim and the insurance company denied the claim. I personally brought the Quest invoice to the office and the attitude from the staff was nothing but rude. If you use this office be prepared to pay out of pocket.

The front desk staff is not the friendliest. I found it very interesting to be told a policy (COVID-19) that is no long adhered to by THR. The hospitals do not limit visitors unless you are Covid +. Why would you kick out a family member bringing a elderly patient to your empty office?
