Ive had AMICA for 30 years. Over time, there have been several claims. AMICA is always so professional. I answer a few questions and they take care of everything else. Its like letting mom and dad handle it when I was 16!
Today I had a cracked windshield. One phone call and a man is on his way to my house to fix it for free. No rate hike. No time wasted in an auto shop.

I am in the early stages of a water damage claim that caused me to have to move out of my home. Amica is failing to provide guidance on short-term rental choices or helping find options. All they are doing is telling me that I have to move out of my Airbnb because it is too expensive and go somewhere else. I have a family of 6 (including me) with small children and 2 dogs. They don't care that the rental market is shooting up because of our recent freeze... They just have some numbers (that they won't share with me) that say that it is too much. Again, they have provided no options.

Very bad experience with this company.
Had them years ago . They were rated very high. Not anymore.
