    Stay far away from this company. They are clearly running a health insurance scam. I foolishly signed up for what I was told was an Aetna plan. When I was emailed my documents for health insurance, I received what is essentially a mismatch of discounts from Vitamin Patch, Allstate ID, and First Health Network. This is not a real insurance plan. When I try to cancel on the cancellation line, no one picked up. If I try to cancel through the online portal, I am told to call the phone number. One day the customer service phone number I was given seemed to be down and took me to the voicemail of a travel agency! There is also no option to remove my payment method from membership portal online. So these guys have the ability to charge my card even though I cancelled. Stay away from Premier Health, The Vitamin Patch, First Health Network, or anything with similar names people.

    I contacted customer service to confirm which insulin products were covered under my plan, and to my surprise, I learned that none were. Despite this setback, I had the good fortune of speaking with Tabrina Housewright, a representative who was exceptionally helpful. Tabrina listened attentively to my concerns and offered valuable information about alternative programs that could offer savings. Her genuine care and willingness to go above and beyond was particularly refreshing, especially in an era where many such inquiries are handled overseas. It was indeed a pleasure to interact with someone so helpful and based locally.

He was helpful and walked me through all the steps to get my plan up and running. He was knowledgeable and is an amazing asset to your company.

    Worst Experience. This Company are Scammers. I signed up on January 15th. I paid my money of 258.00. The agreed upon amount would be 232.00 per month. The next month March 1st they raised my premium amount to 307.00 per month. Without any notification that the premium was being raised. I called in to cancel and get my refund. And it's been one run around after another. That 307.00 was supposed to be credited into my account already. So I contacted my bank to do a charge back. For The Love Of God. Do Not Use This Company

As the third party administrator contracted to handle the monthly billing and remittance of payments for this account, PHS provided notification regarding the insurance provider’s intent to change the rates of your product. Our system shows that you received this email notification, and it was opened on 2/1. Some of the communication described was not with PHS but with a separate entity who was the selling agency on this account. Per your request, this product was cancelled and a refund was issued 3/13. We again apologize for any frustration you may have experienced.
