I would avoid doing business with PLM Merchant and this Insurance company. Hes a lying man who twists facts and uses alias to leave bad reviews. He decided not to fix his car with our company and demanded we hand over money we had recieved as a small supplement to the 1600 he had already received. We spent hours and hours doing a supplement on his car. He demanded we right him a check for the $389 supplement we received to do the repairs on his car. I sent my wife to pick him up when he had no ride to go anywhere so that he could pick this vehicle up, further delaying the process. If he were honest he wouldnt leave reviews under the name Pete Mathews. We sent the unused portion of the $380 back to Geico so that they can distribute the money back to Merchant. We fully expect to be paid for the time and effort we put into this claim.
