Cowboys Fit

This has been my gym for years, tried to gym elsewhere and it lasted a whole of 15 minutes. Oh FYI this is a grown up gym if your some adult child that sits on equiptment on their phone, some player that goes to the gym to find a hook up, or cant put your stuff away thinking your mom works there and she will pick up after you, go somewhere else, I recommend planet fitness where you will feel at home with the other peasants. This is a serious gym for serious professionals.

Incredible facility, recovery center and trainers! I trained with Tommy today and he is best in class. Really understood the science behind his modalities. I highly recommend. Exceptional experience from the time you walk in, get greeted by the front desk, workout, train and recover. They even have IV hydration and vitamin injections!

Lively gym - fun location being at The Star since theres always some event going on. Rooftop pool is well kept and infrequently crowded but for triathletes its not the best length. Cardio equipment seems to usually have one/two machines down. Its definitely not as well kept as Lifetime. Womens locker room seems to often run out of toilet paper or have a stall out of service. For the price I guess you get what you pay for (?).

The club hours should be 1 hour later. The gym is not worth the membership price. Unless you want to tell everyone you work out at cowboys fit to feel cool then that's your price for insecurity. The equipment sucks and needs more variety. It is up to you if you want to overpay for a product that doesn't live up to the hype. I canceled and went to another gym. Much more satisfied.
