We contacted FFS after our contractor quit several months into our remodel and left us w/unfinished, unsanded and unstained hardwoods floor from our contractor's vendor. Rene came out and apologized for our situation but assured us he would take care of our floors. The communication, advice on color selection, and hard work of the crew was great. Three weeks later, our whole house was completely sanded and stained. FFS gave us a sense of relief as they did what they said they would you. Now on to the next areas of our remodel that was left a mess.

Inquired Rene for installing services for engineered wood floor and ended installing hardwood floors at around the same price range(as quoted by big box store for engineered wood). They are expert in hardwood installation, shared details and options around hardwood and colors. Installation went pretty smooth and addressed any asks we had. Crew is hardworking and respectful. Very satisfied with the outcome.

We just had Frisco Flooring Specialist (JNR) complete a tub and shower replacement in our master bathroom. This involved updating plumbing in a 30 plus year old house as we removed a garden tub and went to a more modern Freeform set up. And a new frameless shower. Extensive plumbing modifications (drainage, supply and venting) needs were required. Rene (II) was wonderful walking us through the process. He was in regular contact with me keeping me updated on the project, timelines, etc. something I greatly appreciated! I also appreciated each of the contractors that worked on the project as well as they were courteous and they regularly checked in with me on needs and desires. The end result everything we had hoped for. We are enjoying a modern bathroom that more than meets our needs and desires. This is a fantastic company (and people as this is a family run company) that is very customer focused. Highly recommend! So to Rene and your crew, Thank you!
