        They cannot seem to get orders right. The two times I have been the missed the mark on the order and also the food was too salty. Skip Freddys food, maybe the dessert are ok but not willing to try as they have a 100% chance to not get the order right. Called on the first order as realized they left out an item, only to leave a message and have not heard back in over a month. Second trip, gave half our food to another customer and took 30 min to get 2 fries and cheese curds. Customer service is lacking quite a bit as my wife stood for 15 min to be helped only to be ignored by the staff. For almost $60 for a family of 4, better to drive to Shake Shack than to return to Freddys.
