We have been staying at this hotel for the last 2 years, we were happy here, but at the reception there was a middle-aged lady, she was not in a normal mood, she insulted my wife, she is a very rude, immoral and unprofessional disgraceful person, we go to 3rd world countries for our job, she is such a rude, rude fascist who despises her guests even in nameless hotels. We did not encounter. I did not like the Hilton brand at all, it was a very bad experience for us!! Walkability: Very close to shopping centers

Me and my wife are hoteliers. I worked as general manager in 5* famous chain hotels for years and I am the owner of a hotel. I forgot my room key in the car, so I went to the reception to get a new key. A middle-aged lady came out of the back office and did not smile or greet me. I even thought she was the staff cleaning the offices, she did not smile. And I told this guard posing as a guard, who didn't even greet me, that I wanted a new room key. He asked me for an ID in a very rude and rude way, and I gave him my passport. When he realized that I was not an American, he became even more rude and rude. I think he doesn't like foreign people. He looked at the system and said that the names did not match and that he would not give me a key. I asked him where I would sleep. "It's not my problem," he said. "Your colleague took our passports at the entrance and entered them into the system. Also, I have been staying here for 5 days. I had new keys made 2-3 times. Then I asked why there was no problem." I told him that he couldn't behave like this. He started shouting at me, "What kind of general manager are you?" He was definitely not in a normal mood. Finally, he made me a new key and gave me a new key. I took the key and turned around. He cursed me as I was leaving. I have never met such a disgraceful person even in anonymous hotels in 3rd world countries. The next day. My wife talked to the front office manager and it was stated to my wife that such an incident took place because I did not want to show my ID. She was both disgraceful, rude and a liar. However, if she looked through the camera, she would understand that her staff was a liar. She is a very, very bad staff who has nothing to do with hotel management. Disgraceful environment, I will never go again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
