Had an awesome amazing experience with New Horizon Dental office. Front office staff were very helpful and courteous . I had an emergencey, Dr Hara took care of my dental work.She was very professional and was amazing. When I got back to my dentist he was very impressed for the work done. Thank you Dr. Hara and the staff.

I've had the privilege of being a patient at this clinic, and I'm consistently impressed with the outstanding service they provide. The scheduling is incredibly convenient, making it easy to book appointments that suit my busy schedule. The staff is not only professional but also warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The work and treatment I've received, including fillings, have been nothing short of exceptional. The expertise and care the team puts into their work is truly commendable. I have full confidence in the quality of service they offer. As much as I love this dentist (she really is fantastic), her office has been consistently rotating staff the last year or two and I have had nothing but problems with scheduling, front desk and phone servicenone of which are up to par compared to the previous years, as Ive been going here quite awhile. Ive gone back and forth in text messages scheduling, only to show up (on the date in the text) and have them tell me Im scheduled on a completely different day. I call to schedule and they tell me can I have your number to call you back because Im in the middle of something right now. And this sort of thing has happened nearly every time I reach out to the office the past year+. I normally exercise a great deal of understanding, especially for those learning their roles. Unfortunately, I dont have the patience to deal with these issues and unprofessional service every time I call. Dentistry (and medical) being such an enormous business here in DFW, its not a difficult thing to find another great dentist. And so, I will have to say farewell to this dentist and find an office with a consistent, highly-capable, and professional staff.
