Took in some company shirts to have logos embroidered on them. At pickup (which was a week after the original completion date they gave me, and only after repeated email inquiries from me) several logos were of poor quality, so I left those to be redone. Now the doors are locked, and there are no answers to emails or phone calls. I guess they went of business - with some of my items locked inside!?! Service: Commercial embroidery

Left my shirts and no one ever called me. Weeks later I could not get anyone to answer the phone or my messages. Went back to see what was going on snd my shirts were still there in the original bag I left them. Not sure how they are open but not doing business?

Never believe their hours open. 4 times now when Ive needed something it says on the site they are open, I drove 45 minutes and they arent there- with a different excuse every time and no communication on door, site, phone or anything. You could call beforehand but they never answer the phone. Completely unprofessional and disorganized and not worth your time or money.

Owner doesnt care about his customers whatsoever. Never calls when the uniforms are ready. Never answers the phone or emails. Is always late with promised delivery date. And the products are not the quality promised. Have been using this place for two years for my business, but the past 6 months it has really gone downhill.
