Had a great experience with Accurate Electric! Robert was prompt, professional & was even able to get to our kitchen light malfunction (12 foot ceiling!) more quickly due to a cancellation. He got everything we needed completed in an hour! Fee structure was explained clearly up front, so we had a ball park cost for a master electrician's services going in. We replaced all the lights in our house as we were remodeling. Robert did a fantastic job! He was on time (which is a rare thing for other providers I used) and professional. The guy knows his stuff! I recommend them to everyone.

I called Accurate Electric at about 9:30 am and told them about a problem I was having with a replacement ceiling fan/light. I was somewhat surprised when I was told that an electrician could be by between 2 an 4 pm. Juan came to the door within the time frame and immediately went to work. First of all, Juan was very professional and polite and promptly put on his booties. I showed him the problem fan/light and explained the problems I was having. He wasted no time and got going to work to correct the problem. He took down the unit from the ceiling to check to make sure the unit was wired properly. He made some adjustments, and we thought the problem was solved. But the unit sill wasn't working correctly. He double checked the wiring, which looked ok and then checked my dimmer fan/light switch. Finally, he was able to confirm that the fan control part of the switch was not working which meant the switch was bad. He had a new switch in his truck and replaced the bad one. Problem solved. Juan was very pleasant and personable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing as he was doing the work. He was also very good at cleaning up after he was done. If the other electricians at Accurate are anything like Juan, then Accurate should feel very fortunate. I highly recommend Accurate, and I will definitely be calling them for any future electrical work. (Just a personal thanks to Juan - keep up the good work) Service: Fan repair
