Came in for an alteration and it was very hard to communicate with the lady there. She just couldnt understand and didnt make any efforts to help. Incredibly rude and poor service.

No stars if possible for false advertising. Large "Same Day Service" sign on front window but do not actually provide same day service.

Recently moved to Frisco & this is my new spot. One of my long white trenches still had a stain on it when I got it back and she took it back for free no questions asked to make it right. The owner is very nice and always remembers special requests I have. She even put a new button on my jumper. Totally trust them with my clothes
