I would have given them 5 stars but the representative in the billing department never returned my calls. She never responded to my calls. The front desk staff were friendly and treated me with great respect. However, I can't say that about the lady that works in the billing department. I'm a Veteran patient and sending my detailed history for referrals may require more time to complete. The billing Rep. did not seem to care and did not have the courtesy to return my calls. Simply a call or email with an update would have been sufficient.
Front desk staff, keep up the good work! As a Veteran, I appreciate a friendly, supportive voice on the other line.
Dentist seemed to be a nice and professional dentist but I chose to switch to a different dental office because my calls were never returned and there was no satisfactory recourse at this office.

I would give them a higher rating because the dentist is amazing but I absolutely hate having to call in and deal with the front desk people. There are two people that are just extremely rude and will talk to you like you are stupid. God forbid you miss an appointment and have to call and reschedule. They will talk to you like you are dumb. If I could take my kids somewhere else I would but we are under contract with them for my daughters braces. So for now Im stuck having to be talked down to for the next year. If you can find another great dentist with actual nice staff please save yourself the annoyance. It has also not been just me that has experienced this but also my husband and both my parents when they have had to take my daughter or son in for us.
