ICON Meals Retail

This place really fell off since COVID. I recently went to pick up some meals at this location and the options were very limited, close to expiration date, and higher in pricing. I went on the 20th (correction, I was there Sunday the 21st) and they only had meals that expired on the 24th and 25th. They used to go out longer and they used to offer discounts for meals that were about to expire, not anymore. One of the meals already has air in it (as it not fully vacuumed/ sealed). Another meal had a hair in it so I couldnt even finish it. I wont be coming back anymore. They need to go back to producing QUALITY meals and reintroduce their rewards program as well as discounts on meals nearing expiration (which is all they had at this location unfortunately).

The young Asian male worker needs to work on his greetings skills , making a customer feel welcome and wanted. He was not very knowledgeable when asked about items in store and online.

When my wife said she was ordering a new meal prep service, I was stoked. We got ICON delivered and had our first meal, which looked less impressive than a frozen TV dinner you get at your local grocery store. We ate the food, the meat was chewy and had zero flavor. Two days later what do you know? My wife and I are bought getting thoroughly cleaned out, wife has a 101 fever and both feel weak. We tried emailing ICON about this and they had nothing to say. We never get food poisoning. Coincidence? I think not. Would not recommend to our worst enemy.

There needs to be a zero stars option. The absoluteworst meal prep company I have ever ordered from.Everything and I do mean EVERYTHING was blandAF and tasteless, not even a hint of flavor. I had tosprinkle seasoning on every single meal. Blueberrypancakes were gross and dry after being warmedup. The chicken in every meal I ordered (chickenpower bowl and double protein saffron rice) was sodry that I couldn't even choke it down without half aglass of water. The quinoa mix in the chicken bowlwas not cooked, so the grains of rice were hard still.The Mini beef & cheddar sliders were very toughand dry as well. I honestly threw out half of myorder because it was that bad. Such a waste ofmoney! There was not even one halfway decent dishout of the 9 I ordered. O out of 10 recommended.
