Trust that these guys know what theyre doing. Their unit is extremely well-organized, genuine, and direct. Someone is always ready to answer your questions, while simultaneously, cases are being worked and won. The intensity of the law does not phase Hunter and Troys pursuit of their clients best interests.

Don't hire this guy or his partner. They are settlers and only want your money. They will not fight for you. I fired them and hired a real attorney that is not friends with the DAs. I might  hire him for a speed ticket not much more.

Worked hard on my case and got my charged dropped down to just a fine. Judge seemed to like him and basically gave him whatever he asked for on my account. Thank you Mr. Burleson!

If I could give zero stars I certainly would. Talk about your rude and arrogant individuals with a lack of professionalism and you have this firm. No hi how are you, glad you chose us, so how are you doing. Being 52 years old I have dealt with the legal system quite a bit from a consumer standpoint and have many friends that are out of state attorneys. I have also had various roles at the Director and Sales Manager level as well as owning two business and treat all people with respect something you definitely won't get from Troy or his sidekick Don or Dan supposedly both partners in this Law Firm. I wouldn't even classify them as Lawyers as the first term that comes to mind are "Punks"Not being from Frisco I found myself in need of an attorney for two Class A Misdemeanor offenses. The first character to meet with me was Don/Dan ( so unimpressed with him I can't remember his name. He rarely looked me in the eye when speaking to me and paid more attention to his phone then to me. Really made me feel special and that he was concerned about what I had to say. They obviously have their own agenda and do not want you to question anything that they say or have opinions outside of their own. I guess they are used to people not questioning there $4000 up front per-trial cost and what they base that on as they took exception to my inquiry. When handing me the cost of services paperwork he actually said to me "Hey I am going to give you this copy while I review as I know you will have a Million Questions" with a snide smirk. His counter part was even better he comes in during the middle of our meeting and Dan or Don pushes over his note pad to him but before that Dan or Don introduces Troy to me and he doesn't even look at me and his handshake is like a dead fish.So get this the total cost upfront if they have to go to trial is $11,000 on both charges so I tell them to excuse my ignorance but this seems kind of high and they basically refuse to tell me how they arrived at this price other then they were prosecutors in McKinney and they have relationships (not that they get any favors they said) and that they worked for the County DAs office at one time. I then told him that I had tried to pick up some paperwork for my case and that I had signed a Freedom of Information Act requesting it and was told that they would send it to me or call me when it was ready. He then proceeded to speak to me like I was an idiot and said that you can believe what you want but all you are going to get is a Deck and not any statements that were taken. I told him the Police Office said that I would get it along with the Clerk and once again he went on to lambast me about the police officer lying to me and that I wasn't getting any statements. When I asked Dan or Don to give me a ball park % with regards to getting a pre-trial motion invoked or instated and that I was only wanting it in general terms and wouldn't hold him accountable to it he stated I cannot give you any guarantees. I said I don't want any guarantees just a % in his professional opinion. He then told me 10% and I told him why would a pay money for part of the process with only a 90% chance of it happening and he took exception to that as well. When Troy saw I wasn't buying into their bullshit he said"you know what we are not going to take your case". I said great and got up and left. the Criminal Defense business must be great in Frisco and Collin County because these guys definitely don't need your business and if you do business with them it will certainly be your privilege not theirs...
