I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received at your pharmacy location. On multiple occasions, I have visited to pick up my prescription, only to be told it will not be ready until the next day. Despite being assured of timely fulfillment, I have been met with delays extending up to three days. Today, when I returned to collect my prescription as promised, I was informed that it still wasn't ready and was advised to try finding it at other nearby pharmacies, such as Walgreens. This lack of accountability and failure to fulfill your obligations as a pharmacy provider is unacceptable. As a customer, I rely on your pharmacy to provide essential medications promptly, and your repeated failure to do so has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I urge you to address these issues promptly and ensure that such delays do not occur in the future.

weird and creepy check out guy. was not helpful and didnt seem to know how to scan the item or work the register. I would not recommend going in here alone.

Employees were shadowing me throughout the store. Even stood within inches of me while I was trying to shop for an item.

CVS PHARMACY visit was delightful and pleasant. Got what I needed and the staff was very nice, I appreciate their hospitality.

This should not be this hard! Ive used this pharmacy for almost a year and have NEVER had a good experience. All I want is for my meds to be there on time and even when they text me that they are ready. It shouldnt be this hard to get something this simple right, and no one there cares!
