I'm a fan of the Ulta Beauty brand and love the selection of beauty brands i can get all under one roof. It's a very convenient shopping experience for myself. With that said, the location I visited in Frisco, Texas, delivered great options on the products/ with offering to ship and item to your home if not in the store. ** However, the store did not deliver on customer service. I visited this store twice to see if my customer service experience was going to be different. And both times, I experienced the fake-friendliness of staffers hurrying me around the store to get me out of the store...smh. I was escorted through the store by a staffer, and my entire experience both times was rushed completely. ** No customer wants to feel rushed while shopping. * Each time I visited the store, I spent over $100 or more and am a rewards member. I didn't appreciate my experience of being rushed out of the store. Better customer service is needed at this location.

Seema is a talented and professional Master Stylist. My hair has never looked better! Ive been to her several times and got my hair cut and highlights with deep conditioning and gloss. My hair feels great and looks the best ever! Thank you, Seema, for your expertise and passion!

Seema. What can I say, not only is she great at her job but shes such an amazing person. Im scared to get my hair done by anyone and I dont know but I feel like I can trust her. She pays attention to your hair needs and what you want. Her consultations are pro level. 1st time I went to Ulta she suggested I changed shampoo, so I did. Then she suggested Ultas scalp treatment and deep conditioning. Two weeks later, I did. Today, she colored my hair, deep conditioning and a haircut. My hair had not feel this healthy in a long time. I am VERY thankful I found her and I dont care if I have to drive an hr to see her. She is truly a hair master. Love her
