All the employees were in the back of the store taking selfies instead of helping customers. They didnt greet anyone or ask anyone if they needed help. Customer service was terrible.

I love this place! They have a huge selection of products, from body scrubs, soaps, face scrubs, shower gel, lip balm, and body lotion to henna hair dye and their famous bath bombs. The store smells amazing, and all their products are vegan and cruelty-free. I walked in feeling overwhelmed by all the options of merchandise. The staff greeted me and were available to answer my questions. The soaps leave my skin feeling clean and smooth. They are pricey, so be prepared to spend much more here than another bath store. Your skin will thank you.

I visited the store with my friend and it was very well organized. They quickly offered help. A man with long hair and a beard working there was really friendly and helpful when we were checking out.

I had the absolute best experience here today. Maha was wonderful to talk to, gave fantastic recommendations and skin advice and was just so friendly and fun. I can honestly say I left the store in a better mood than I came in with.
