This is the worse service I have ever had. My services got interrupted and I called in to make the payment at which it came out right then and there and was told by 5 employees including a manager that I had to wait 3-5 business days to have my services reactivated. How is it that you take my money straight out of my account, but yet I have to wait 3-5 business days to have my services turned back on. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone. And I will be contacting their corporate office as well as the BBB on this unprofessionalism

We have 6 Vivint accounts. Vivint customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. They're NOT rude; rather, their outsourced customer service does NOT have accurate access to your accounts to where they can properly communicate and assist the customer with problems. For example (one of several); I purchased the continuous recording DVR last night on my Vivint App (on my phone) for $349. I paid full price but noticed that there was an odd delivery address different than what I wanted. On my confirmation, there was an order number to reference and a phone number listed just under the order number for me to call if I had "any questions or concerns about my order". I quickly called the number to request a change of the delivery address. A representative finally answered. I asked them to look up my order because I needed to simply change the delivery address. She said: "What is the address associated with your account?" I told her that I didn't know which specific address I had associated with the account; HOWEVER, I had my customer confirmation order number to reference my purchase. She couldn't use the order number! She said that it didn't work in her system. My order number doesn't match their order number. She asked me for my verbal pass code and I told her. She asked me for my name and I told her. She asked me to confirm one of the addresses on file and I told her. She put me on hold for what seemed a very long time (probably around 10 minutes). I said; "Hey, why can't you simply look up my order confirmation number." She said that they can not look up my order by my order number, rather she would need to go into each individual account I have, re-confirm my name, phone, verbal password, etc., etc. and try to find my order. And ..... "THIS", is why they get a one star review. "THIS", is why I'm canceling all my Vivint accounts. "THIS", among many other unfortunate communication barriers (not language barriers), but technical as well, is why I'm done with Vivint. Very unfortunate.

Install went great. If anything doesnt work post install youre on your own, they wont send out techs and direct you to diy instructions. Given the very high install cost, this a ridiculous policy. Would never have used them if I knew customer service would be this terrible.
