    Getting charged for services I clearly didn't have and they have violated the FCRA by putting it as a negative item on my report as Sprint! I've NEVER had sprint! You will pay to fix my credit!

    Update: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Within days, an American manager called me. He apologized, and I received a refund. For anyone else dealing with their shady business practices, this is the only way to resolve your issue! I tried to sign up for home internet. I was told I'm not in the coverage area and instead was convinced to sign up for the mobile hotspot device. The sales rep totally lied about everything as I later learned. I got no service at all from the hotspot. I was told I had a 30-day grace period to try it out free of charge. I cancelled the service within 24 hours and returned the device the next business day. TMobile emailed me stating they received the device and would refund my bank account for the initial device charge. I never received a refund. Every week I get calls stating my account is past due. Every week I call and try to get a foreign CSR to fix the situation. Every week I'm assured that the account is cancelled & I don't owe any money. The next week, I have to call again. I expected so much more from T-Mobile. What a scam!!! They sell devices that don't work. Tell you that you have a free grace period, but charge you anyway, and refuse to cancel accounts. I will never do business with T-Mobile again. Horrible, horrible experience!!!!

    Very bad experience with T-Mobile customer service, i will be looking to change carriers after being with T-Mobile for over 15 yearsI pay warrenty insurance for my Samsung Galaxy.It was stolen and after spending over an hour between T-Mobile and Assurance was told my Samsung Galaxy was not in stock and was told i would have to take a cell phone called WingTech which is a very inferior phone and has horrible reviews..I paid for a warrenty on a Samsung Galaxy not a Wing Tech, T-Mobile should have made sure my phone was replaced by another Samsung even if it was a different model of Samsung Galaxy thru the insurance i pay fori do understand the insurance procedure but i also expect better customer service from T-Mobile..Horrible customer service todayI will be looking for a new carrier, i would advise anyone thinking of changing to T-Mobile to rethink their optionsLoyalty meant nothing to T-Mobile today.
