        The Brass Effect is great! Super responsive and Antonio knows his stuff. He came and fixed everything our old vendor was ignoring. Our alarm system is fully functional for the first time in almost a year!

        Antonio responded to our request quickly. We had a quote and had service completed within 2-3 days from contacting him. We had issues that prolonged the installation but Antonio and his team were great and went the extra mile so my husband could get service by the weekend. Thank you guys for all that you did my husband and I truly appreciate your assistance. I would recommend Antonio and his team they did a great job and were very down to earth and easy to order with.
