        They hardly ever responded and when they did they simply said what I was asking for is not possible and ended the conversation right there with no other options or help with alternative ideas.

        Bill was very professional in helping me out. my first business card PDF i sent him was a little pixelated. so he called me and told me before printing and was very helpful with the second file i sent him to get printed. other places would just send it how you made it but he went above and beyond. Thanks Bill!!
