The coffee is great but the cashier refused to take my pre-packet sugar to mix it in my coffee. She said "you can do it yourself". Every other place I've gone to, have gladly added it for me without hesitation. Even at their other locations. I always tip 15-20% of coffee but didn't this time. Update.... I've gone there probably 10 to 12 times since my original post and they have taken care of my order and request every time so I decided to change my review to a positive one. Thank you.

I've been in here a number of times as I live close by and I am consistently impressed. I managed a Panera cafe for several years and have over a decade experience in the industry. I can't know everything that goes on or guess any frustrations the employees might have. But I know what to look for; how they treat each other, the customers, and the establishment when there's long lines and frustrated customers (which is inevitable). They always seem upbeat and respectful and pay attention to details. Restrooms and trashcans are kept clean, each guest is greeted with a smile and attentiveness. Every employee coming in for their shift is greeted warmly and they're given the expectation for the shift up front (from what I've seen). These are the things I find most difficult to maintain in this industry. It might seem simple but it speaks to their level of organization and hiring and training practices. Truly impressed.

Who would have thought a Double Barrel Kolachi existed...but they do...well, at least here they do. Better than average sausage and breading. Great coffees to wash it all down with as well.
