This location is okay, to say the least. Staff are rude and make fun of customers.

Alina baka was amazing! She made shopping a fun experience and she was super nice. She kept bringing us shoes and even helped my son tie his shoes (hes 5 and still learning). She was super easy to talk to and she loves SpongeBob just like my son so if youre ever in the store make sure to bring her a krabby patty! Thank you for the wonderful service.

NEVER coming here again. Bought a shirt, took it home, put it on to go out, and soon as i put it on i noticed a hole in the armpit. Now i had just taken the tags off because i was gonna wear it out, but i still had the receipt. Took it back the next week with the receipt, all i wanted was store credit to get another shirt. They told me they cant take it back because there was no tags on it which is a complete lie because Ive returned multiple shirts there with no tags but had a receipt. Than the rude manager said well one of our associates would have realized there was a hole before selling it (mind you it was a black XL shirt) so basically insinuated i willingly tore a hole in a brand new shirt i just bought. SO no credit was given, basically paid $30 for a damaged shirt. Never going back and its a shame because i loved Tillys. Ill just go to a different location
