Very deceptive practice. Literally have sign says everything 20%-40% off. Went to check out and they will not honor. Says only 10%and sign is for tomorrow...it is hanging today...no wonder going out of business...hateful staff and zero deals in there. Don't waste time, just go on Amazon..cheaper

Tried ordering a direct shipping item from another. First, the sales person at the Frisco store wanted to confirm with our local sales person they would be credited with the sale before going forward. Then when we were processing the payment , the Frisco sales rep stated we couldn't use out 20% membership discount along with our membership points , thay it had to be one or the other with a codensening voice.
We have always been able to combine both. Amazon had the item as well, we went with Amazon , swiped to make purchase right as we walked out the store. Fast amd easy, loosing sales to e-commerce just because of your customer service. Out local store in Pharr tx is great ,always has been

Worst experience. They asked you spend $10.83 to get a welcome box with almost nothing in it, and never gave the $10 reward back to you if you do not keep asking and calling them 3 to 4 times at least. Their IT is sucks, registry link does not work on cell phone. Their price is also higher than other stores generally, it makes me feel all they want to do is asking you to join their membership and pay the annual fee. Not worth it. Target and Amazon are much much better than Buybuybaby, do not waste your time and money here.
