Weve been with Keith Klein since 2013. From starting a new practice, building a new office, navigating through COVID and bringing in a new associate, Keith has been an excellent resource in helping us make wise, informed financial decisions. Our practice would not be where it is today if it werent for the regular assessment and guidance provided by him. Its worth the investment!!

Ask me about my $100k that disappeared in a CW tugboat scam. Not to mention zero transparency in how money is managed. Their monthly fees are insane relative to performance ( never better than 3% and down for several years ) We left and took our accounts to Edwards Jones, and have been enjoying 20% plus with guided solutions at a fraction of the cost. Dont fall for it.

I joined CWA about 5 years ago when I was at the lowest point of my financial life. I couldn't seem to make ends meet despite a successful practice. Brook Hoover, Julie Denham, Chelsea and now Christy Bowie honestly saved my practice and have made it possible for me to live the life I always dreamed about. I cannot thank them enough! They were and continue to be answers to my prayers. They are amazing people and amazing accountants. Best financial decision of my life was to join the CWA family. I love these guys!

Don't do business with a Cain Watters dentist if you're an associate or dentist looking to buy in (This can be validated by other dentists on dentaltown). My wife ended up buying in w Cain Watters dentist and they ended up buying her back out for almost a million. The spouses were making a fat retirement as salaried employees but were never seen at the office and my wife was unknowingly contributing money to that. We were more than confident going to court against a Cain Watters represented client and the business dealings going on. She went off and bought her own practice and she's doing better and has no practice debt. If you're a younger dentist make sure to figure out practice management and you'll end up saving yourself a fortune. I've been to Plano and met with the Cain Watters reps. They target the top % of a high earning profession- so be careful. We're doing better and are 10 years younger than the Cain Watters dentists we know who bragged about being able to retire. Don't use Tom and Lauren. If you need someone to tell you youre doing really well for a sense of security, Ill do it, and charge half the price. The doctors we did business with could potentially be in jail with other accounting firm shenanigans that were going on. Theyre lucky to have leveraged my wifes practice equity so we wanted out quick and into settlement and contracts were signed to move on. Post 7 years leaving a Cain Watters dentist and now worth in the 8 figures. Liquid and can retire. Do what we want. Definitely dont do business with Cain Watters or a Cain Watters dentist. It will not be in your best financial interest. Never would have got here being affiliated with them. Early 40s, liquid, Building a 22 op office, we can buy more offices if we want , do whatever, wherever we want now. I can leverage my assets to substantially grow my net worth now more than ever should I choose to do so. Would have never happened if we had continued to do business with a Cain Waters dentist (Bill Schultz). Our full potential would have been steered toward their doctor's gain. The real estate we own now is worth more than he is. Every time I get asked about our situation its 5 minute conversation to easily steer people away just by showing assets, CW costs vs costs of finding other professionals to do the same work. Ive steered a significant number of people away and will continue to do so.

This firm is a fee-only financial planning group, and is a fiduciary for YOU. Initially conceived to serve productive dentists, they can serve most owner & Entrepreneurial business needs. This legacy firm has served and blessed my parents, me for 28 years, and my dentist sister! We love and trust these people! Generally: you will be matched with a planner who uses the same vehicles for their own financial success as you use! They have seen all of the blessings and problems that happen in real life. I know examples of when someone was audited, and a team showed up to support them, or when a dentist in a group practice died suddenly, and they showed up to make sure the family had every benefit of the dead Dentists hard work. Mostly, I watch them shepherd people toward their financial success customized for each client. They can do your taxes and guide your growing pains and help sell your practice. The charitable foundation called the 3 to 1 foundation is a blessing of education for clients children, and also benefits the Dallas area and the Dental practices employees. When the hot shots who are running the show eventually retire, there are already talented, intelligent, committed people who will take care of the next generation. My family and I are in awe, and in debt to this amazing group! And it is really cool to visit the Star in Dallas, even if youre a committed Philadelphia Eagles fan!
